Huijeong has over 8 years of HRD experience in the HR field and she is a motivator who inspires people to be more productive. She also performs exceptionally when helping people who only know the basics of English to improve their English skills to the intermediate level.

She has also been an advisory assistant to CEOs for over 10 years and contributed to solving their daily problems to maximize their productivity. This has sharpened her problem-solving capabilities. She recently became an official certified coach (KAC) in 2022.
